In 1990, my wife and I moved to South Florida with our 3 children and if we had a choice, we'd do it all over again. We cannot think of a better place than Hollywood to have raised our children. Since then both our sons are attending University while our daughter has become head manager in a construction firm in Texas.

We have owned several buildings in South Broward, which has enabled me to become personally acquainted with many of the Local Officials, has given me a working knowledge of how to move through the bureaucracy of City Hall, and how to efficiently manage commercial property. This has proven to be a valuable service to investors coming into th area. I have successfully marketed many commercial and residentail properties.
